Return Policy

At nojoTea, your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in crafting and packaging our products, but we understand that issues can arise. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be accepted.


1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our products (teas, wellness goods, utensils and natural remedies), we cannot accept returns on items for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos. Insurance may cover a portion of these orders but are not guaranteed. 


2. Eligibility for Returns

We do not accept returns on any items for health and safety reasons.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nojotea.ca with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging

We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund (excluding shipping costs or pre-paid import duties & tariffs). This is handled on a case by case basis and there are no guarantees. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. This excludes damage while in transit.


4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.


8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, if they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.

If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with applicable details.
