Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be added to your order as required by Canadian law.
Payment Methods: We accept secure payments through approved third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment details.
Import Duties & Tariffs: Applicable duties and import tariffs will be applied at check out. If duties are requested upon delivery, this is the responsibility of the Purchaser, not the Seller and will not be included in the purchase price.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once your order has been shipped, Prairie Sun Healing is not responsible for lost, stolen, seized or delayed packages.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, return of items cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to not offer refunds of orders for any circumstance or reason.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos. Insurance may cover a portion of these orders but are not guaranteed.
Contact us with concerns and we can handle incidents on a case by case basis with no guarantees.
